Settle Lands Up to $100M Credit Facility From 3Jane
Settle secured a forward-flow financing agreement with structured credit platform 3Jane, starting at $50 million with expansion options.
Settle, an inventory financing provider serving consumer and ecommerce brands, announced a forward-flow agreement with 3Jane, a structured credit platform, that could deliver up to $100 million in total financing capacity, the company said Thursday.
The facility opens with $50 million in initial capacity and includes an option to scale further, according to the announcement. Forward-flow arrangements of this type allow lenders to commit to purchasing loan assets on an ongoing basis, giving borrowers a more predictable and scalable source of capital than one-time credit lines typically provide.

The deal positions Settle to extend more inventory financing to the consumer and ecommerce brands it serves — a segment that has faced persistent cash-flow pressure as brands navigate supply chain costs and shifting demand cycles. 3Jane's participation signals continued institutional appetite for structured credit exposure to the ecommerce lending sector, even as broader venture-backed fintech funding has remained uneven. The forward-flow structure also transfers ongoing credit risk to the financing partner rather than keeping it on Settle's balance sheet, a model increasingly favored by specialty lenders seeking capital efficiency.
